I am Catherine a Kitchen Designer and Happiness Coach
This program was inspired by personal experience.
Before creating Sparkly Compass, I spent years working in demanding environments where stress and pressure became part of daily life and still do. Over time, I neglected my own wellbeing, which eventually led to several minor strokes caused by high blood pressure and chronic stress.
That experience completely changed my perspective and my whole life.
I realized that resilience is not about constantly pushing harder it’s about learning how to support yourself while moving through pressure.
